TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
You must manage the return before the established deadline:
Online shopping: you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.
Shop at a physical store: you have 14 days from the date of purchase as well as your purchase receipt.
Items must be in their original condition and original packaging, complete and in good commercial condition (without signs of use and damage). Custom made orders are not returnable or exchangeable.
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the sender. If the return/exchange is approved, the return is made within 14 days by bank transfer.
Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
